I had a great stay at the hotel, with some fantastic rooms but lacking in friendly service. The location was convenient, right off the New York State Thruway. The dining experience was good, especially with made-to-order eggs available, while the facilities were enjoyable.

This hotel was like nothing I have ever stayed in before. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool, giving me a 5-star feeling despite being slightly overpriced. The service was a mix of very friendly and extremely helpful, but there were moments of seeming disinterest, like when my favorite Scottish whiskey couldn't be found until we were leaving.
